Order process

Please check the sizing guide for your garments before ordering. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Wrongly ordered sizes or colours may not be eligible for a refund.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps us reduce overproduction.

All items are priced in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added at the checkout stage.


When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–5 working days to produce an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • UK: 2-3 working days
  • Europe: 6–8 working days
  • USA: 3–4 working days
  • Other International: 10–20 working days


How much will delivery cost?

The delivery charge will be calculated when you enter your postcode at the checkout and is based on the weight of the items in your order.


Where will my order ship from?

We work directly with suppliers who have fulfilment locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it quickly and most efficiently!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Sometimes an additional customs or tax fee can occur on orders shipping internationally. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

If you have any queries regarding your order please get in touch with us at hello@rguunion.co.uk. Let us know your order number and we can provide you with an update.

If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, we can reship your order or send you a replacement, however any additional charges will be at your own cost.


I received a wrong / damaged product, what should I do?

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@rguunion.co.uk within 30 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
